A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on Industrial Engineering, preferably a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering
Extensive experience in business improvement with an understanding of formal organisational design and systems thinking

Lead and manage developments in regard to business improvement approaches and methodologies and tailor business improvement approaches to meet the organisations needs
Manage and lead Business Improvement Impact Assessments to ensure that the expected return on investment is being achieved
