An Honours degree (or equivalent NQF Level 8 qualification) in Business, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in enterprise development, business incubation, or stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to mobilise resources, manage complex projects, and deliver impactful outcomes.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Duties:
Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement for the University-Community Business Advisory Centre (U-CBAC).
Lead the expansion and management of UBAC operations, including oversight of multiple community advisory centres.
Drive resource mobilisation efforts to support UBAC initiatives and ensure sustainability.
Align UBAC’s activities with UNIVEN’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and Vision 2040, positioning the University as a hub for inclusive rural economic development.
