Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the enforcement of compliance with the industry; oversee investigations; oversee sanctions and remedial actions; operational planning; risk and financial management; people management.
Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Law/ LLB or Forensics Investigations.
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years in enforcement of legislation compliance, investigations and enforcement of sanctions. Minimum of 2 years at managerial level.
