    Manager: Fleet Management X1 (Fixed Term Contract: 3 Years)

    Main Purpose: 

    • To manage the fleet management section within SIU.

    Key Performance Areas (Include but are not limited to): 

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a SIU Fleet Management policy.
    • Oversee the usage and management of pool vehicles.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of a vehicle database.
    • Oversee and establish sound maintenance of pool vehicles.
    • Provide leadership and management to the section.

    Minimum requirements

    • Degree in Transport Management / Logistics / Public Management / Administrationor rela ted field (NQF level 7).
    • Project Management qualification would be advantageous.
    • Five years’ experience in fleet/transport management, of which 2 years is at a supervisory/management level.
