Manager: Internalisation at University of Venda

Job Requirements

• A relevant Honours degree.
• A minimum of seven (07) years’ work experience in an International Relations Office or similar environment.
• A Master’s degree and/or PhD will be an added advantage.

Duties

• Managing international collaborations and projects to support the University’s global engagement strategy.
• Providing strategic leadership to staff and stakeholders involved in international projects and partnerships.
• Coordinating research activities and producing reports, including publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Developing and maintaining effective document management systems, including those related to MoUs and MoAs.
• Assisting with compliance monitoring to ensure international students meet all legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Sourcing and disseminating information on international opportunities available to UNIVEN staff and students.
• Managing student exchange programmes, including coordination with partner institutions.
• Collecting, capturing, and consolidating reports on international activities undertaken by members of the University community.
