• Manage and control all non-commercial leases.
• Approve all non-commercial lease transactions and reports.
• Conduct complex non-commercial negotiations and finalise commercial lease conditions.
• Manage and control staff, recruitment and deployment of staff.
• Deputise for the senior manager leasehold.
• Foster trusting landlord and tenant relationships.
• Participation and involvement in strategic issues.
• Monitor and control budgets

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Real Estate or Property Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 5 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory level.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in Real Estate or Property Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• 6 years relevant experience of which 4 years must be at a supervisory level.
