The main purpose of the job is to oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Provide direction and guidance to the Payroll Administrators, distribute work evenly, audit their work product, perform consolidations and reconciliations.

Payroll Processing and compliance. Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
Checking of Payrolls
Monthly Payroll Reconciliations
Monthly Payroll Reporting
Ensure and Maintain Payroll technical knowledge
Manage stakeholder relationships

Job Requirements
Grade 12
NQF 5 - Payroll Diploma / Degree
3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role
5 – 8 years payroll administration
MS Office proficiency (Advanced Excel) and Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300
