Experience in quality assurance within a legal environment.
Risk Management experience within a legal environment will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in an alternative dispute resolution environment will be added advantage.
5 years’ experience in a legal compliance environment.
Advanced knowledge in alternative dispute resolution.
Knowledge of the community schemes environment/sector.
Sound understanding of political and legislative environment of the CSOS Act as well as the Sectional Titles Management Act, Companies Act, Shareblock Act, Schemes for Retired Persons Act and Cooperative Act.

Key Performance Areas
Manage the quality assurance adjudication unit by ensuring that the unit conducts assessments into adjudication orders to determine if the quality of the orders meet the CSOS standard.
Ensure the quality assurance team provide commentary for consideration on relief ordered against relief sought.
Research on case law and/ legal prescripts referenced in the order and provide commentary.
Ensure compliance to the usage of correct template for all adjudication orders.
Participate in forums and tasks, overall research, and regional training to ensure service delivery.
Manage resources (i.e., budget/ finance, asset/ equipment, and staff) within the unit to ensure that they are utilized optimally.
