About the job
The successful incumbent will be responsible for defining strategy of relevant and cost-effective digital technologies within the Converged Communication business unit.
Oversee the implementation and operation digital migration solutions to ConCom users in support of this strategy. Responsible for providing day-to-day direction and for defining and enforcing the service standards to be applied across the delivery of ICT services from the ICT suppliers across ConCom. Ensures that processes related to the implementation and support of the BU’s IT operations are done in accordance with BCX values and standards and industry best practice. Works with other executives and technical staff to develop solid approaches to cross-functional teamwork.

Experience
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant ICT industry experiences of which at least 3 years in a engineering and service operations environment, and 2 years’ at Executive management level, or 5 years at Senior Management level.
