Market Access & Pricing Manager at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

The Job

An exciting and challenging opportunity for a seasoned Pharmaceutical professional to join a global Healthcare organisation!

Our client seeks to fill the role of Market Access & Pricing Manager who will be responsible for driving business objectives through strategic pricing in the private and public sectors in South Africa.

Key performance areas include:

• Effective stakeholder management with National government as well as private healthcare departments.
• Pricing, Value and Access Strategy development and execution.
• Scenario planning in support of Pricing and Access negotiations.
• Supporting all activities and deliverables to obtain and maintain Market Access and strategic optimal pricing for products. 

You must have a BPharm /MBBCh /BSc or an equivalent Health & Sciences qualification; coupled with at least 2 to 3 years’ Market Access and Pricing management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or with a Healthcare payer. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong pricing analysis and financial modelling experience is a prerequisite.
