Excellence in Supply Chain Source:

• Clear track record working within a standard, end to end process, preferably ‘Source’ (generically, Source-to-Pay); proven track record in adherence to Core Process and Standards.
• Experience working within KPI-led performance management structures and rigorous tiered reporting and performance review structures.
• Demonstrates role model behaviour and coaches others in team, across Categories and across Markets to follow a consistent approach and strives to go beyond mandatory minimum requirements
• Proactively leverages the learning curriculums and materials to continuously grow and develop in role.
• Highly ethical and transparent disposition, trustworthy and able to assess and manage any associated risk areas within Procurement.
