We are looking for an experienced, passionate and talented creative Digital and Marketing specialist to join our team. You will be responsible to conceptualize, develop and implement the Marketing and Social Media strategies to help grow the online presence and delivering effective brand awareness digital marketing campaigns.
Job Description:
Marketing Coordinator
Social Media and Public Relations:
1. Managing of all social media platforms including planning and expanding thereof
2. Ensuring media content maintains brand consistency
3. Assistance of planning Social Media Strategy
4. Research Social Media trends
5. Maintain press list, mall info and service providers and keep contacts current
Marketing and event Management:
1. Execution of all marketing campaigns
2. Assisting with concept, planning and implementing of all promotional and event initiatives (brainstorming)
3. Drawing up Campaign Proposals as per approved budget
4. Ensuring campaign expenditures do not exceed approved budget
5. Briefing of artwork applicable to each campaign and ensuring approval and delivery of artwork to reach site on time
6. Organising photos of each event for reporting purposes and social media
7. Attend community functions and shopping Centre events if needed
CSI:
1. Plan approved sponsorships or donations (this includes purchasing of applicable items and/or delivering and handing over of sponsorship or donations)
2. Plan CSI events and programs
3. Plan, organise and drive CSI activities and results
4. Compose monthly CSI report to shareholders
Advertising:
1. Requesting changes from Adlab to update website if needed
2. Assisting with ensuring website is updated and relevant
3. Ensuring that all mall advertising is current
Brand management:
1. Assist in mall signage and or equipment as per Brand document - Requesting quotes etc. with the centre manager
Administration:
1. Ensuring new suppliers’ banking details are correct and loaded as per policies and procedures
2. Ensuring monthly and campaign invoices are received and submitted timeously
3. Assisting with monitoring of inventory levels of items, collateral and marketing supplies
4. Assisting with collecting info for monthly marketing reports and newsletters
5. Budget Management
Exhibitions and Indoor Advertising:
1. Purchasing of inhouse advertising equipment if applicable
2. Directing all exhibitions queries to the correct parties and supplying exhibitions information if needed
Miscellaneous
1. Answer enquiries from tenants, vendors and the public
2. Keep and maintain updated vendor list
3. Maintain positive relationship with tenants
4. Assisting with Head Office Social Events
