Marketing Manager at Pollock & Associates

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Agribusiness, Commerce, or Supply Chain
• 7–10+ years’ experience in a senior B2B marketing or commercial role
• Proven experience managing large retailer, wholesale, or distribution accounts
• Exposure to FMCG supply chains or fresh produce
• Strong pricing, negotiation, and commercial decision-making ability
• Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers
• Solid analytical capability and structured reporting skills
• Knowledge of product specifications, compliance, and food standards
• Ability to operate at the senior management and board interaction level
