    Mr D - Senior Brand & Loyalty Manager

    Purpose of the role:

    The Senior Brand and Loyalty Manager is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing customer loyalty programs, and enhancing brand awareness and loyalty. This position will play a critical role in shaping the company's image and fostering customer engagement and loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build and strengthen the organization's brand identity.
    • Define brand positioning, messaging, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels in an on demand environment.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt brand strategies as needed.

    Loyalty Program Management:

    • Design and oversee customer loyalty programs to drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
    • Analyze program data and customer feedback to optimize loyalty initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs into marketing and sales efforts.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    • Create and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty within budget and in full
    • Develop creative and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all promotional materials.

    Customer Engagement:

    • Foster strong customer relationships through personalized communication and engagement strategies.
    • Analyze customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer experience.
    • Develop strategies to increase customer advocacy and referrals.
    • Understanding of CRM and working with the relevant stakeholders

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness and loyalty program effectiveness.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 5+ years in brand management, loyalty program development, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and customer loyalty concepts.
    • Experience working in an on demand environment 
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
