    New Business Development Administrator

    Job Description

    Business Development

    • Build relationships with the Business Development Consultants and their stakeholders
    • Assist with any business development relevant related administration, events, or marketing activities
    • Establish, maintain and support the business development consultants and their clients
    • Action any other reasonable request from manager
    • Manage and Maintain Intermediary Relationships
    • Educate and train new intermediary when required
    • Service and manage end-to-end escalations when required
    • Work with operations to resolve end-to-end processes
    • Support New Business Consultants by maintaining intermediary relationship information and assisting with administration requirements
    • Lead management and allocation of new leads to the relevant New Business Consultant, which are determined by region and are allocated on a rotational basis to the inland New Business Consultants
    • CBD Management: identify any new information posted on CBD that will support the New Business Division, present this information at New Business SHESHA’s and save the information under the appropriate folder on the New Business SharePoint Drive
    • Provide product comparisons utilising Brokertools to New Business Consultants, CRM’s, Intermediaries and/or prospective clients
    • Maintenance and management of the Master Broker Engagement document
    • Maintenance and management of the External Active Directory, which should be aligned to the Master Broker Engagement document
    • Management of the Sales Admin email pool and the issuing of Intermediary Portal login credentials which should be aligned to the External Active Directory
    • Monitoring of Intermediary Competency Dashboard issued by the Quality Division and sharing of information with the New Business Consultants at an Intermediary House level when required
    • Maintaining and updating statutory documents and updating of CSD platform for tender submission requirements
    • Maintaining the tender library (team CV’s etc.) for tender submission requirements

    General office

    Diary management (multiple)

    • Human Capital Management and admin support for the Business Development team
    • Book and schedule all travel arrangements
    • Assist with the planning and implementation of Kaelo functions including regional meetings, company and client events, CSI initiatives etc.
    • Planning and Reporting
    • Prepare presentations
    • Facilitate internal communications (distribution of information and schedule of presentations)
    • Financial and Budget support
    • Credit card claims and reconciliations
    • Manage / order stationery
    • Finance and payroll support for your business areas

    Qualifications

    PERSON DETAILS: WORK EXPERIENCE

    REQUIRED

    4 -5 years administration experience

    PREFERRED

    • 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry or sales environment
    • Relevant experience in the business unit described above

    EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY

    TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE

    REQUIRED

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate – Advanced level)
