Job Description

• Administer and process non-motor short-term insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Manage claims from registration through to final settlement.
• Liaise with policyholders, brokers, assessors, service providers, and insurers.
• Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate claim documentation and obtain supporting information where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant insurance qualification will be advantageous.
