Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to implement change management and organizational development solutions focusing on innovative and holistic change management programmes; organizational design processes; employee engagement; and culture awareness to create a workplace that reflects the PPECB's Values and enables the organization to achieve its objectives. The role is for a fixed-term period of 12 months.
