    OD and Change Management Specialist

    Purpose of the Role:

    The purpose of this role is to implement change management and organizational development solutions focusing on innovative and holistic change management programmes; organizational design processes; employee engagement; and culture awareness to create a workplace that reflects the PPECB's Values and enables the organization to achieve its objectives. The role is for a fixed-term period of 12 months.

    High level job objectives:

    • To implement fit for purpose Organizational Development solutions while building positive, value-added relationships with key stakeholders including business unit heads and Human Capital.
    • To leverage organizational diagnostic tools and develop solutions to support effective organizational development, change management and decision making.
    • To advise the business units on organization design related issues and facilitate implementation of organisational frameworks.
    • To serve as the change subject matter expert on business unit transformation/change initiatives ensuring high levels of leadership sponsorship, minimal impact to business performance and maximum speed to business benefits realization.
    • To develop and implement organizational change management and communication strategies and plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
    • To facilitate with leadership and advise on faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency regarding the changes impacting employees in the organization to achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Behavioural Science Degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Honours in related field
    • Change management certification (Prosci, Lean Change Management)
    • Professional membership in a Human Capital association

    Experiance 

    • Progressive experience in a position responsible for developing and implementing change management and organization development programmes. 8 - 10 years
    • Experience in implementing organizational design, change management and employee engagement frameworks and tools, including talent and performance management
    • Experience designing and implementing programmes and strategies to support change management, organizational development, and organizational culture transformation. 2 years
    • Experience in agile methodology environment 1-2 years
    • Exposure to large scale workplace digitalization projects (e.g., ERP, Modern Workplace, In - house systems)
