HIGHLY COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS REQUIRED FOR

SHORT TERM CONTRACT

Project overview: Supporting a panel responsible for reviewing business applications

by capturing the record of their engagements and decisions. Support will include, but not limited

to, minute taking and ensuring video/ audio recordings are captured for each meeting.

Job Description: 

• Various panels will be reviewing business applications and coming up with conclusions/ recommendations, the individuals we seek will be responsible for setting up video/ audio recording equipment and capturing the record for each session whilst the panels are reviewing applications. Strong ability to capture minutes during a meeting is essential.

Project Dates: 8-31 Dec (maximum)

Project Duration: between 1 & 20 days

Applicants will be screened/ assessed to ensure they meet the job requirements.

• Successful applicants will attend an orientation session to assist them with understanding all
• protocols, procedures, and record taking templates.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English – ability to understand, communicate and write first language English

• Technologically proficient – ability to confidently set up simple video & voice recorder, use

• MS Office and troubleshoot any problems

• Valid drivers licence – own car an advantage

• A functional laptop. (non-negotiable)

• Extremely reliable

• Flexibility – able to adapt to schedule changes at short notice if necessary

• Ability to work under pressure

• Preferably CPT based

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Setting up video/audio recording equipment

• Troubleshooting any technical problems

• Taking detailed minutes of sessions during the session (on PC)

• Communicate and engage with project manager

Remuneration:

R2000-R3000 per day based on applicant competency screening/ assessment (excluding

disbursements for travel (fuel, accommodation if necessary).
