Operations Manager- Healthwise Inland at Tsebo Solution

• Tsebo Catering Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our Healthwise Inland division. This role is ideally suited to a Registered Dietician with strong operational expertise within healthcare catering environments.   To strategically manage and oversee a portfolio of healthcare catering sites, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective food services across both private and provincial healthcare facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage and lead a portfolio of healthcare catering units across the Inland region
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare and food safety standards
• Maintain and control budgets, ensuring financial targets are consistently achieved
• Drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and quality food service delivery
• Support and develop site-based teams while maintaining a firm, task-focused leadership approach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within both private and public healthcare sectors
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications    

• Registered Dietician qualification (preferred)

• Experience managing multiple sites within a complex operational portfolio
• Solid knowledge of special diets, patient nutrition, and healthcare compliance standards
• Excellent leadership skills – assertive, supportive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, service-driven environment
