    Outbound Sales Representative

    Job Purpose

    • Grow sales and market presence through proactive, relationship based selling
    • Visit customers, develop new business, manage an assigned territory
    • Achieve sales targets through consistent outreach and product promotion

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales and Business Development

    • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Conduct cold calling and face to face sales visits
    • Present products in a professional and consultative manner
    • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets

    Territory Management

    • Plan and manage daily call cycles and customer visits
    • Ensure full territory coverage according to sales plans
    • Grow product distribution and brand visibility
    • Maintain accurate customer and route information

    Customer Engagement

    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
    • Resolve customer queries and service issues
    • Promote new products, promotions, and up-selling opportunities
    • Build long term customer relationships

    Market and Competitor Intelligence

    • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions
    • Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights
    • Identify opportunities for product growth

    Reporting and Administration

    • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
    • Record customer interactions and sales activities
    • Ensure all administrative work is completed on time

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience

    • Three to five years proven sales experience
    • Experience in FMCG, food distribution, wholesale, or similar industry
    • Outbound or field sales experience
    • New business development and territory sales experience

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Confident with cold calling and face to face selling
    • Target driven with good time management skills
    • Able to work independently
    • Comfortable handling rejection

    Other Requirements

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Reliable vehicle
    • Willingness to travel daily
