Pallet Controller at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Purpose of the job:

• Responsible for the accurate processing of all customer pallets outstanding to Premier.

Responsibilities

• Processing of pallet transactions.
• Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed
• Completion of all internal pallet schedules
• Processing of transporter pallets
• Handling of queries
• On time completion of pallet reports
• Daily Follow Up and recovery of outstanding Pallets on Customer Record Cards.
• Monthly Pallet Recon.
• Daily capturing of pallet movement transactions on CHEP Online.
• Filing of pallet documentation

Qualifications

• Matric

Experience Requirements
Experience:

• 2 to 3 years general office admin
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in pallet control
• Data capturing
• Excel, Word and Great Plains

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good administrative skills
