    • Ensure all advice documents and supporting materials comply with FAIS, FICA, and internal compliance standards.
    • Compile comparative analyses and scenario modelling to support advice formulation.
    • Assist with implementation documentation and ensure correct reflection of client instructions post-advice.
    • Client Review and Reporting
    • Prepare and update client portfolio review reports in line with investment performance and changing client circumstances.
    • Draft and format review presentations, Records of Advice, and summary reports for adviser delivery.
    • Monitor portfolio performance and identify variances or inconsistencies relative to client objectives.
    • Maintain review schedules and ensure timely preparation of all required review documentation.
    • Adviser and Front Office Support
    • Provide technical support to Wealth Advisers and Adviser Administrators before and after client meetings.
    • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring all client records, plans, and compliance documents are up to date.
    • Support advisers in client strategy sessions by preparing summary packs, illustrations, and scenario outputs.
    • Attend client meetings when required to provide technical input and clarification.
    • Collaborate with administration and compliance teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Operational and Compliance Responsibilities
    • Ensure all financial planning and client documentation aligns with PSG’s compliance framework.
    • Verify that assumptions, calculations, and recommendations are supported by valid data and justifiable reasoning.
    • Maintain an audit-ready record of all client planning and reporting documentation.
    • Stay informed of regulatory updates, product changes, and industry developments that may affect advice.
    • Collaboration and Relationship Management
    • Work closely with Wealth Advisers, Adviser Assistants, and Administrators to ensure seamless client service.
    • Liaise with product providers and research teams to obtain required data and documentation.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of advice templates, workflows, and review processes.
    • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence within the advisory practice.
