    People and Culture Operations

    Job Description:

    • The Culture & People Operations role is central to the company’s HR strategy, overseeing every stage of the employee lifecycle and ensuring alignment with the executive vision. This role focuses on developing and retaining talent, enhancing company culture, and managing essential HR operations, all while contributing to an inspiring and efficient workplace.
    • The individual will support strategic HR initiatives, facilitate career development, and ensure consistent employee engagement across teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and promote an employee value proposition aligned with company culture.
    • Manage recruitment processes, ensuring hires align with skill, experience, and company culture.
    • Oversee onboarding and probation processes, collaborating with managers for seamless integration.
    • Align and monitor performance management processes to support high-performance standards.
    • Facilitate career growth and development through training and upskilling programs.
    • Implement compensation strategies within the company’s rewards framework.
    • Coordinate offboarding procedures and conduct exit interviews, providing insights on trends.
    • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and handling disciplinary actions.

    Education/Experience:

    • Degree in HR Management/Development.
    • 5+ years in HR, ideally within the IT industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience interacting at the executive level.
    • Proficiency in HR tools and digital platforms, including payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Deep knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and performance management.
    • Background in employee relations, including grievance handling and inquiries.
