Practice Success Manager - JHB at Sage

Key Responsibilities

• Digitise the in-life management and experience of accountants.
• Lead a new updated go-to-market offering for in-life accountants.
• Develop and enhance existing processes and procedures to grow accountants practices at pace.
• Oversee daily tasks and targets to central PSM team.
• Manage, enable and coach practise success managers.
• Deliver insights to exco members to develop overall growth plans or risks that might arise.
• Manage a dedicated list of strategic accountants and retain allocated base.
• Act as an ambassador for Sage in the Accountants Forum, promoting Sage presence and support.
• Organise and present at events to promote Sage for accountants.

Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

• Bilingual.
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette.
• Computer literacy - MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Some experience or previous training in accounting or payroll.
• SBCA/SBCP and / or Intacct qualification
• Product knowledge of Accountants edition and program.

Technical / professional qualifications:

• Qualification in business management or accounting
