    Presentation/Graphics Specialist (Associate Level)

    Accountabilities

    • Support content creation and knowledge management to enable the SDT and Global Service Leaders (GSLs) to deploy and continually improve the sales and delivery of ERM’s Global Offers (GOs) and Services through project assignments, and ongoing activities.

    Project Assignments

    • Provide graphic design support for deployment, Go-to-Market, and other project phases to produce high quality graphics, infographics, slide decks and documents.
    • Support GSLs with presentations and materials to develop specific client opportunities.

    Ongoing Activities

    • Maintain knowledge management standards for Services, Global Offers and client development and delivery tools on Minerva, Yammer and the SDT share point sites.
    • Support preparation and dissemination of internal updates and reports to ERM’s senior leadership and stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities

    Create and enhance presentations, collateral and tools

    • Generate design concepts, infographics, and polished presentations in PowerPoint and other software
    • Develop brand-leading client conversation/Go To Market and Delivery materials
    • Capture, sanitize and internally publicize the “best of” client-facing materials for broader use as client conversation, proposal and delivery tools.
    • Create client pitch materials to assist GSLs develop and win key client opportunities.

    Knowledge management and related comms

    • Support curation of Services, SDT and GO-related SharePoint sites to ensure that service development guidance and tools to reflect the current standards of practice for service innovation, including deployment and Go-to-Market activities.
    • Work with global and regional Services, Commercial and Marketing resources to ensure that sales and deliver tools are visible and current on relevant Minerva sites.
    • Continually publicize Client Development Tools and Go-to-Market results in a variety of ERM internal channels, such as Chatter, the intranet, and stakeholder updates/calls. This task may involve writing or editing the updates.

    Job & Leadership Competencies

    Strong ability to capture the essence of a concept in graphic design and infographics is essential. Software skills required and beneficial to this role include:

    • Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated competency in MS PowerPoint is required;
    • Skills with additional ERM standard software tools for creating graphics/infographics, use and editing of photos, video clips, web pages, etc. are a plus;
    • Experience with MS SharePoint (creation, management) is required;
    • Intranet-based site design/graphics and CEROS software is a plus.

    Customer service attitude and teamwork orientation is a must.

    • Flexible and resilient in dealing with frequent changes
    • Ability to collaborate well and develop effective working relationships with other ERM stakeholders in other functional teams, e.g., Services, Sectors, Client Excellence, Business Process Excellence, Regional business units, global and regional Marketing and Comms, Technical Communities, etc.
    • Communicate clearly with peers, colleagues, clients, sub-contractors, etc., to ensure understanding and alignment around project goals and objectives.
    • Share expertise and knowledge with staff who may benefit from our capabilities or processes. Act as a mentor and/or encourage other employees to improve and develop individual skills.

    Motivated by continual improvement and taking responsibility

    • Embrace innovation in the design standards, production, management and use of ERM’s Services and GO-related collateral, presentations, client pitches, etc.
    • Self-starting and detail oriented, esp. in relation to knowledge management and related internal communications activities.
    • Resolve people issues arising from project-related and day-to-day interactions. Escalate performance/ resourcing/training issues to the relevant line manager or internal client, as needed.
    • Ensure that authorisation, administrative and safety processes, policies and practices within your purview are communicated and followed (e.g., Health and Safety, expenses, expenditure, travel, etc.).

    Education / Experience / Languages

    • Education and experience relevant to creating corporate and client presentations, collateral, and communications, with strong skills in MS PowerPoint, graphic design and infographics, and content / knowledge management.
    • 5+ years overall work experience required.
    • Experience working in a multi-national professional services organization is preferred.
    • English – fluent/native-level oral and written communication skills. Additional languages are a plus in our global organization.
