Job Description

• Shape and execute the internal marketing and communication strategy and plans across multiple marketing channels, for an allocated portfolio within Standard Bank Group. Partner with assigned business portfolio to plan, scope and deliver impactful internal marketing and communications initiatives, across geographies, in support of the business strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree
• Field of Study: Communication, Public Relations

Experience Required

• 5-7 years experience with Internal Communications within Brand & Marketing
• 5-7 years Proven experience in internal communication.
• Proven strong writing skills. editing, employee engagement channels.
