Pricing Administrator at Bridgestone South Africa (Pty) Ltd

Job Description 

To oversee and manage the day to day loading of Special Price Requests (SPR) as well as the impact on GP% and the preparation & distribution of accurate financial sales information.

Key Responsibilities 

• Loading of all RSA approved ad-hoc Special Pricing Requests (SPR’s) and monthly specials on Sap for all trading segments including Consumer, Fleet, OE, Export & OTR divisions.
• Maintaining customer price groups as required.
• Maintaining Sap retail price list for companywide price increases as needed.
• Compile and distribute daily sales reports.
• Compile, analyse, comment and distribute weekly GP% exception reports.
• Carry out ad-hoc product specific GP% impact studies and investigations by Product/Customer/Segment/Region/Etc.
• Assist with building the budget packs and distribution thereof.
• Assist where required with consolidations of budget Information.
• Loading and checking budgets on SAP.
• Compiling and distributing BI reports as per regions, branches and Head Office requests.
• Ad hoc assistance/tasks as required by Finance Business Partners (Consumer/Fleet).

Requirements 

• 3 Year Diploma or Degree in Finance/Marketing/Similar
• Min 3 years related experience
• Excel (Advanced)
• SAP Knowledge
• Management training qualification / experience will be an advantage
