Our client in Johannesburg has an awesome vacancy within their Improvements & Process Automation team for a Process Automation Analyst on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will facilitate the process improvement identification, design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions within SAP environments, with focus on, but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management business processes.
You will be responsible to:
Promote a service mentality and develop strong relationship with the clients functional business units.
Have a clear understanding of:
End-to-End process assessment for automation opportunity or value unlocking.
Identify opportunities for digitisation using various technologies, which include, but not limited to RPA, IDP, AI, GenAI, etc.
Tracking of unlocked business benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities in SAP workflows, analyse existing processes to recommend and implement innovative intelligent driven solutions.
Facilitate compilation of business cases for intelligent automation pipeline creation future build.
Execute on best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve levels of digitisation and quality output.
Ensure standard for analysis and documentation is maintained.
Report on deviations that could derail the achievements against targets.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Post Gard Degree Computer Science, or Information Technology, or similar.
4-6 years’ experience performing process improvements, with a strong preference for candidates with automation of SAP process and consultancy industry experience.
Minimum of 4 years of RPA hands on experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Ability to influence and get stakeholder buy-in.
Ability to apply a disciplined experimental and design thinking approach to solving problems using data.
