Key Responsibilities

• Operate and Monitor: Oversee production lines to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues on the line quickly and effectively.
• Production Oversight: Manage your station and work closely with the production team.
• Shift Work: Rotate weekly between morning (6:00 AM) and afternoon (2:00 PM) shifts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 1-3 years in food manufacturing, ideally with experience handling products that require chemicals such as lye (Dairy)
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production systems and troubleshooting.
• Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Hands-on, responsible approach to quality and process improvement.
• Basic PLC Knowledge
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Afrikaans or Dutch is essential.
