Defines and manages products to support the COE’s overall strategy and deliver a differentiated product addressing the market and customer needs
Key Responsibilities
The Product Owner will elicit, facilitate, synthesise, and present technical solutions.
The candidate will use business requirements to drive the design or review of products, test cases, business process design and define a project’s vision, scope, acceptance, and implementation.
The ideal candidate can work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into usable information, which will help to improve systems and processes.
Consult various customers (internal and external) to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products and/or services
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Challenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement.
With little supervision, elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate and communicate business requirements (Agile and Waterfall Formats)
Determine the feasibility of a proposed project.
Understand the commercial importance of changes or new features.
Qualifications:
4-7 years relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
Logical reasoning and problem solving.
Customer focused approach to work.
Strong communication skills.
Strong presentations skills / Power Point presentations.
