Assist with the full life cycle of Coastal Precinct Management Plans (CPMP), Coastal Development and Upgrade Plans, and Coastal Maintenance Management Plans, including monitoring and compliance to safeguard coastal assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable development through effective plan implementation and oversight.
Assist with ensuring compliance with ICM Act, NEMA, and City Coastal Bylaw, provide technical input on land use, EIA, setback lines, and coastal engineering, support coastal emergency and assist with coastal signage, dune rehabilitation, and maintenance programs to safeguard coastal ecosystems, ensure legal and environmental compliance, and support resilient, sustainable coastal development and emergency response
