Project Administrator: Special Projects - SDCD19463 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma in Project Management / Administration or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
• 1 - 2 years' experience in a project administration environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate and maintain administration of projects and provide support to project managers
• Facilitate an effective operational process to ensure effective and efficient execution of assigned tasks and thereby contribute towards the achievement of performance goals by the division
• Perform governance and risk management functions to ensure promotion of good governance, compliance with applicable legislative and policy prescripts and effective and efficient management of risks by the Department
• Manage an effective financial process to contribute towards prudent financial management by the Department at large
• Ensure customer service orientation to promote people-centred and efficient service delivery by the Department in line with the Batho Pele principles
