As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will make a difference by driving quality throughout the company in order to help learners achieve employability outcomes within the digital economy. 

You will:

• Oversee the QA strategy and create a roadmap to become the leader in our field

• Lead Quality for the business, collaborating with all teams to ensure quality is at the forefront of all functions  

• Demonstrate commitment to FourthRev vision and values

• Contribute to Product strategy, standards, product quality, team success, and FourthRev culture

• Ensure development of materials is to required standards, including accessibility, quality, sustainability requirements, and others as required

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and uplift of FourthRev portfolio products, including engaging in ongoing research and consideration around product improvement opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

• Have managed a team, preferably in a remote setting

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Willingness to embrace the unknown, be flexible and to continually learn in an ever-changing environment
