Brand Strategist - Your Mission
As our Brand Strategist at FourthRev, you play a key part in growing FourthRev internationally. You will be connecting our partner universities, our tech partners and the FourthRev brand in a way that helps best position the value of our courses and drive student sign ups. Being able to understand and report on content marketing performance is key to being successful in this role.
Your core responsibility is to create a compelling narrative that takes our university partners' brand requirements into account and create key marketing assets that FourthRev will use to reach our core markets internationally.

What you'll be doing with us
Take new courses and new partners to market
Creating and testing content, using data to optimise results
Assist in the production of marketing and brand assets to market and sell our courses
Liaise with internal stakeholders on the development and sign off of marketing collateral
Ensure all marketing assets are created according to our university brand guidelines and are signed off internally before use by outsourced provider
Act as custodian of our university partner brands, providing direction and guidance to outsourced providers, and ensuring quality is maintained at all times
What you'll need to join us

Ideally has experience with Google Analytics and/or other data tools.

CRM Manager - Your Mission
We are on a mission to create a new vertical of online education that will combine the world’s leading universities with innovative and industry leading companies to give learners actionable career focused outcomes. As the CRM Manager you will be responsible for the setup, management and continuous improvement of our CRM and automated nurture strategy as well as community building and managing through newsletters. Email marketing and lead nurturing, as part of the CRM lifecycle at FourthRev, are vital to ensuring that we are able to convert inbound leads to learners as well as add maximum value to potential leads and learners.
You will be working on both strategy and execution of building out an expert CRM capability within FourthRev. It’s our mission to build out the best team in the world, and you’ll be a part of making that a reality.
What you will be doing with us
Build, manage, maintain and optimise email campaigns, ensuring:
Emails are relevant to the audience receiving them.
We understand the performance of our email lists and campaigns.
We always send emails to the right person, in the right place, at the right time with the right message.
Emails are performing at high rates across all key metrics.
Sender reputation is healthy.
We are running regular experiments and A/B tests to increase conversion of our email campaigns.
Create and manage our newsletter strategy and lists.
We are always respecting our audience’s privacy and have world-class privacy processes.
Reporting:
Delivering a report with insights on email metrics
Make data-driven decisions to improve overall email performance and health of our email campaigns.
Work well with other marketing team members to execute on multi-channel campaigns.
Emails campaigns are driving core OKRs at FourthRev.
What you'll need to join us
Have a data-driven approach to problem solving
Work well with Google sheets or Excel
Experience with email marketing tools that include: building and managing audiences, building and editing emails in html form and email builders and importing and exporting data from these tools.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ideally has experience with Google Analytics and/or other data tools.
Creating and executing on user journey flow maps for all email engagement across FouthRev.
Some experience with launching a new email tool or migrating to a new tool would be beneficial,

You will:
Provide oversight of and own the editorial style guide
Promote best practices within Product team, provide feedback/coaching notes and lead mini enablement sessions
Provide high quality editing of Product and wider FourthRev deliverables (storyboards, course maps, graphics and ALT text, course overviews, assessment documents including marking rubrics etc)
Copy edit, fact-check and proofread to the highest level
Contribute to Product strategy, standards and processes
Demonstrate commitment to FourthRev vision and values
Contribute to the overall Product quality, team success, and FourthRev culture
Perform other duties as requested
What you'll need to succeed:
A love of education and contributing to student outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-growing organisation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, ideally in English, Communications, or English
Ability to edit writing with a command of written English skills including an understanding of mechanics, syntax and spelling
Computer experience with a proficiency in Microsoft/Google suite (Word/Google Docs, PPT/Google Slide, Excel/Sheets etc)
Ability to master new technologies in short timeframes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with quality performance
Highly organized and detail-oriented
