    Real Estate Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about services.
    • Generate leads through outbound targeting. 
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
    • Service Coordination:
    • Work closely with Agents on campaigns and lead generation activities. 
    • Collaborate with various departments within the Shared Service Centre tensure seamless delivery of services tclients.
    • Coordinate and follow up on client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
    • Problem Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Escalate complex issues tappropriate departments and follow up tensure resolution.
    • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through the CRM System.
    • Prepare regular reports on client service activities and performance metrics.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities timprove processes and client experiences.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development tstay current with industry trends and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least one ttwyears experience in real estate/property industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability tmultitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention tdetail and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
