Receptionist - Westville at RCL Foods

Job Description    

• Vector Logistics is in search for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers, visitors, and staff. Minimum Requirements    

• Matric
• 2 years ‘relevant experience
• Diploma in Business Administration

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls.
• Maintaining/Updating of HIP System with regards to changes
• Running requested reports on the HIP system.
• Ensure reception area is always neat and tidy.
• Ensure visitors are attended to as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Booking of Boardrooms.
• Responsible for the capturing of parcels to be couriered. (DSV)
• Issuing and controlling of stationary and stationary register.
• Receiving, checking, and signing for all deliveries.
• Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries.
• Locking up of the office and arming the alarm system daily at 16H30
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as assigned.

• Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to operate a variety of internal/ external telephone and communication systems.
