As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

• Client acquisition and business development
• Growing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Meeting revenue targets
• Candidate attraction
• Market research
• Interviewing candidates
• Negotiating fees with clients
• Client proposals and presentations
• Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

• A degree
• 2-3 years’ experience is a sales or agency recruitment role
• Sales personality
