    REF16428 Administrator: Pricing | Europcar | Bruma, JHB

    Position overall objective: 

    • Maintain the Customer and Ready service database, amend, update and delete client information. To provide relevant, accurate and timeous information to assist with the successful redirection of traffic fines.  Loading of rental facility applications, ordering and distributing vouchers.

    Minimum Experience:

    • 2+ years relevant advanced administration experience within the Europcar or Tempest Car Hire environment – essential

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF4 qualification

    Minimum Requirements:

    • MS Excel: Advanced level of proficiency.  This requirement is essential for the role
    • Comfortably able to manage other MS Outlook and MS Word-related duties
    • Impress system: Intermediate level of proficiency

    Essential to note: Must be willing to work weekends and overtime over peak periods when required.

    Job Outputs:

    • Maintain and update client information
    • Loading rental facility applications
    • Ordering and distribution of vouchers
    • Cancelling vouchers
    • Create and maintain Corporate Ready Service
    • Pull Ready lists for sales representatives on request using function code CLR93
    • Update company name changes, VAT and registration numbers
    • Delete dormant and duplicate accounts
    • Load and update information for individual Ready customers, these requests may come from the Branches and/or the Sales team via email
    • Load and update information for lodge cards
    • Maintain APM20, reject applications with incorrect information and reporting daily to Sales and Operations
    • Maintain APC66 (updating individual profiles)
    • Create, maintain Edin Numbers (individual client profiles)
    • CT Link of Accounts (Corporate, Client Transfers link to the TMC)
