Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ retail experience, with 3 years as a Store Manager
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities
• Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in business software, analytics, and reporting tools
• Inventory and stock management expertise
• Financial oversight: budgeting, cost control, and profit optimisation
• Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Store Managers across the region
• Develop and execute regional business plans
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer service excellence
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development initiatives
• Ensure brand compliance and exceptional store presentation
• Deliver accurate regional and international sales reporting
