- An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced East Africa Specialist to join a leading safari operator, designing exceptional safari experiences across East Africa while delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in African inbound retail sales (B2C).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling East & OR Southern African safaris.
- Proven success in sales targets, enquiry conversion and confirmed bookings.
- Strong itinerary design, consultative selling and guest relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
- CRM experience; HubSpot advantageous.
