    Sales Agent

    Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • The Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential leads, and closing sales in order to drive revenue growth for the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
    • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, and referrals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts to drive revenue growth for the company
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (50% average) or any equivalent qualification or above
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
