• Managing the General Account Managers 
• Responsibility for the annual turnover and gross profit as per the FD budget for the Gauteng Commercial Sales Team
• Driving a balanced brand performance across multiple vendors
• Assist each Account Manager to achieve their targets 
• Developing new clients to ensure targets are met 
• Interlocking with Brand Managers and Vendors for strategic account planning 
• Ensuring effective CRM management 
• Meet sales and business partner recruitment objectives
