A career opportunity has arisen in the Sales Department- Premier Bakeries- Middelburg. The purpose of the job is managing route sales, driver shorts, crates and PODs through a team consisting of Salesman Drivers and Sales Assistants. To ensure that the DRM system performs optimally and the correct allocation of driver and vehicle routes.
This position is responsible for:

•  Optimizing Route Sales
•  Managing staff
•  Managing assets
•  Preferred Supplier status
•  Satisfied customers

Qualification Requirements    

•  Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy

Experience Requirements    

•  Computer Literate.
•  Geographic Information Systems.
•  Advanced Excel user.
•  Route Planning systems, an advantage.
•  Working knowledge of Geospatial data (Spatial Data).
•  Routing and Distribution Optimization.
•  Working knowledge of vehicle telematics technology & software.
•  People management – experience with working with people at all levels of the organization.
•  Code 10 driver’s license with PRDP - Essential
