    Senior Admin Clerk - Durban

    Job Description    

    • Vector Logistics, is on the hunt for an Senior Admin Clerk to join our Finance Department at our eThekwini depot. This individiual will be responsible for working within the administration,accounting and finance function to manage all aspects of a Senior Admin Clerk.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric qualification
    • Financial Accounting qualification or studying towards advantageous
    • 3 year's relevant experience
    • SAP experience 

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Daily closing of shipments (PSD+CSD) and submission of shorts reports.
    • Follow up on outstanding shipments (PSD+CSD)
    • Verification of CHEP Invoices
    • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and invoices
    • Follow up on CSD invoices not scanned
    • Responsible for Petty cash tins
    • Responsible for Petty cash documents submission
    • Responsible for CHEP transfers and exchanges
    • Responsible for EDI verification between CHEP and SAP
    • Responsible for physical counts of equipments and managing CHEP exchange dashboard
