SENIOR ANALYST: CREDIT CAPABILITY at Woolworths

The purpose of the Analyst is to assist with the identification, investigation, documenting, User Acceptance Testing, Project Management and implementation of changes within the assigned department in line with the WFS TRIAD8 and Blaze platforms within CRO.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Relevant post-graduate degree

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Business Analyst experience (Essential)
• 3 Years basic Project Management Experience (Preferred)
• Some process engineering experience (Preferred)
• Basic accounting background in the financial services industry (Preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL, TRIAD, Blaze Advisor, VisionPLUS, system infrastructures, architectures
• 3 -4 years’ experience in supporting and/or managing SQL and/or Credit Decision systems
• Experience in managing third-party relationships is essential
• Experience in testing the implementation of software strategies
• Experience of relevant change methodologies
• Infrastructure architecture(Preferred)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of relevant change methodologies inclusive of Cloud and Data integration processes with the ability to translate business requirements into systems requirements.
• Ability to apply Project management methodology.
• Ability to troubleshoot implementation requirements including problem solving, development, decision-making and analysis of proposed solutions.
• Ability to effectively plan and organise, integrate, innovate and manage multiple implementations.
• Ability to assimilate new information and developments and adapt to later implementations.
• Passionate about data analytics and how this contributes to the business.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate analytical insights and improvement recommendations.
• Pro-active, Self-motivated and milestone-driven.
• Ability to package and present ideas and results in a logically ordered, understandable and practical way to both technical and non-technical project stakeholders.
