    Senior Contracts Administrator (C4)

    Work Output Description
    Support with the processing of new contracts and amendments to existing contracts in the SAP system, maintenance of the supplier database as well as general query resolution.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12/Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent Required
    • Certificate and or Diploma in Supply Chain/Finance/Commercial Required
    • 3-5 Years Contracts Administration Experience Required

    Advantageous

    • Previous Supply Chain Experience

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Numerical skills
    • Exceptional computer skills, including the use of an ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of contract law and its application in the purchasing process is required

    Physical/Legal Requirements

    • Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness
