    Senior Conveyancing Secretary

    Specifications : 
    Candidate must have at least 3 - 5 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary with transfers, bonds and cancellations.
    Experience with Investec bond registrations and bond cancellations is very vital.

    Requirements : 

    • Be able to work independently
    • Task and detail orientated
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Excellent time-management skills
    • Professionalism
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Client focused and good communication skills
    • Problem solving abilities
    • Knowledge of FICA risk based policies
