    Senior HR Administrator

    Your role

    You will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. You will also be responsible for the administration of the HR systems and HR payroll, leave and general administration.

    • Load new employees on People 300 (HR), users and access to ESS Leave.
    • Ensure that Workday is loaded correctly, maintaining structure and ICT access.
    • Maintain HR Database, Employment Equity and Headcount reporting.
    • Load IFS System with new employees and update details for finance purposes.
    • Data management, including medical aid, leave etc.
    • Leave management and reporting.
    • Facilitate the medical boarding process of employees
    • Monthly reporting
    • General correspondence, employment confirmation, visa letters
    • Medical aid loading and month end schedule.
    • Management and administration of COIDA and UIF
    • General HR filing

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources discipline.
    • Understanding of Workday, Sage and IFS.
    • Advance Excel and Word skills

    Desired skills:

    • Full knowledge of all the elements and functionalities of Human Resources.
    • A working knowledge of Sage Payroll, Workday and IFS

    Qualification:

    • Grade 12 as well as an official training course in HR Administration.
