    Senior Manager: Talent Management & OD

    Build a sustainable and vibrant culture by identifying and driving a talent strategy across all parts of the business. This includes implementing preferred talent acquisition solutions, overseeing the development and deployment of a full range of development programs including individual development options, management and leadership development as well as organizational development activities to align to BBBEE objectives and improving employee engagement.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Masters degree in Industrial Psychology (Qualified Industrial and Organisational Psychologist) with 8-10 years' experience in similar/related environment, of which 6 years should be in a managerial role
    • Knowledge of all specialist spheres of HR including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Psychometric Assessments, IR, Employee Wellness, Change Management, OD, HR technologies, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Talent Management & Development
    • Develop and execute the Talent Management Strategy and project manage strategic talent management initiatives. Establishing Talent Management tools aligned to best practice methodology. Contribute to effective performance management processes and systems
    • Assist with recognition programs that reward high performance and drive organizational results
    • Manage Learnerships, Graduate Internship Program/s and college/university relationships
    • Provide Talent analytics and insights to enable effective Talent-related decisions and proactive planning. Establish a competency framework that will inform skills development planning
    • Develop a Talent Development Strategy and research, identify and recommend resources required to conduct learning solutions. Formulate and execute strategic policies, procedures and processes that relate to talent development

    Statutory and Regulatory Compliance

    • Updating talent management and organisational development processes aligned to the relevant internal and external practices, policies and legislation
    • Overseeing the annual certification audits as it relates to Talent Management and Learning and Development. Contributing to the annual BBBEE audits as it relates to Skills Development

    Management of Organisational Development

    • Development an OD strategy
    • Manage the employee engagement surveys. Drive strategic initiatives and operational roll-out of functional initiatives as it relates to talent management and organizational development
