Senior Oracle Cloud Application Specialist (SCM functional) at Irdeto

The Role:

As a Senior Oracle Cloud Application Support Specialist in the Technology Operations Team, you will be providing functional leadership and oversight across our critical business systems such as Oracle ERP cloud.  Your role will be to collaborate with key stakeholders across a global business and drive continuous improvement throughout.

Your mission at Irdeto:

• Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement working solutions into Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Developing an understanding of our current state processes and developing future state recommendations.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Support functionality of the implemented processes.

How you can add value to the team?

• Significant years of functional experience, ideally working large & complex implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP/ Oracle Apps.
• Experience with the following Oracle products:
• Order Management
• Planning
• Manufacturing
• Inventory
• Pricing
• Global Order Promising
• Configurator
• Subscription Management
• Receivables
• Must have deep understanding of the entire Supply Chain process and Order to Cash process.
• Must have experience in Implementation, Production Support, Rollout, Upgrade Projects.
• Experience or familiarity with HCM systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP Success Factors is highly desirable.
• Must be able to document functional designs.
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
• Should be able to configure Cloud, unit test and troubleshoot issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, proactive and motivated; “can-do” attitude and a team player.
